Beginners Yoga Course - POSTPONED NEW DATE TBA Have you wanted to get into yoga but don't know where to start? Or maybe you know someone who would really benefit from yoga. This is the perfect place to start... the beginning of your yoga journey. Join Erin from Varsha Yoga at Fresh Holistic Health, for a five week beginners course. We will dive into the basics including the physical poses, breathing techniques, introduction to meditation and guided relaxation, and a sprinkling of yoga history and philosophy. So if this is speaking to you, there's no better time to start your journey. This course is open to absolutely everyone, and even if you have been practicing for a while but would like a little refresher to solidify the basics. You will be fully supported in a safe environment with guidance and assistance every step of the way. You will come out of this course with confidence and self awareness, ready to walk into any yoga class, or even start to build your practice at home.

Bali Retreat, Padang Padang - July 2019 Thank you to the most relaxed group of yoga retreat folk that I have ever encountered. We relaxed, we restored, we chilled, we explored (only a little, as it was hard to peel ourselves away from our extremely relaxing villa and the pool), we ate, we drank, we relaxed some more, we got massaged, we had perfect weather, we danced, and we even did some yoga! It was hard work, but it had to be done.
Bali Retreat, Ubud - August 2018 Thank you ladies for a phenomenal retreat! It was such a pleasure sharing and connecting with you all. It started off a little shaky (literally due to earthquakes), but we ended on a high with some blindfolded yoga and a magical dinner. We made some great new friends and came back with intentions and tools to incorporate yoga and meditation into daily life. Bali 2019 is already half full, and I'm taking any expressions of interest regarding dates or other possible locations for out next retreat! I didn't get a whole lot of photos as we were too busy soaking it all in.... but here's a few that capture our retreat.
Namaste Nepal - Sunshine Coast - June 27th 2015 Yoga for a cause. Thank you everyone who attended! With your help we were able to raise over $1200.00 for the Australian Red Cross Nepal Earthquake appeal. It was a great day! Thanks to Wetfoot Photography for all the photos.
